Your first week

1. Day 1: Meet the team, get your accounts set up, and learn our brand voice and audience.
2. Day 2: Review our channels and the competitors we watch, and share three quick ideas.
3. Day 3: Create your first two posts using our brand templates.
4. Day 4: Edit your first short video and schedule the week's content.
5. Day 5: Publish your first post, review early results with your manager, and plan your 30-day content goals.

• Plan and schedule posts across our social channels
• Create graphics in Canva and edit short-form videos
• Reply to comments and messages and grow our community
• Spot trends early and turn them into content ideas for our brand
• Track what's working and share a simple weekly results update

• A strong eye for content and a feel for what works on each platform
• Clear, upbeat writing
• Organization: you can juggle a content calendar without dropping posts
• Authorization to work in the US

• A portfolio, personal account or any examples of content you've made (school, clubs, side projects and personal pages all count)
• Experience with Canva, CapCut or a scheduler like Buffer or Hootsuite

• Flexible hours: plan your day around a few hours of weekday team overlap
